Challenge
Employees generally don’t want to spend valuable time on lengthy surveys every few weeks. Low participation threatened the reliability of engagement data, so our challenge was to make the process quick, easy, and satisfying from start to finish.
Process & Execution
I designed and iterated on simple prototypes, collaborating closely with both the client and users to gather direct feedback. Once we landed on a solution, I crafted the final design, adding animated icons and illustrations to make the experience more engaging. To reinforce the brand, temperature symbolism was integrated into the visuals, tying the design to the company’s identity.
Outcome & impact
The final design made completing surveys more enjoyable and engaging, helping encourage higher participation while keeping the process quick and intuitive.
